Are you the person who keeps things organized, anticipates what needs to happen next, and makes it easier for everyone around you to get their work done?

SVA is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our CPA Operations team. This is an opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who enjoys variety, thrives in a deadline-driven environment, and takes pride in creating an exceptional experience for both clients and colleagues.

You’ll be an important part of the team behind our client service professionals—coordinating workflows, supporting client processes, keeping information accurate, solving day-to-day challenges, and finding better ways to get work done.

If you enjoy being the person others can count on to keep things moving, we’d like to meet you.

What You’ll Do...Keep People, Projects & Client Work Moving

You’ll provide day-to-day administrative coordination for an assigned SVA service line or industry group, working closely with leaders, principals, and other professionals.

You will:

  • Coordinate administrative workflows, priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Serve as a direct point of contact for clients on administrative and process-related questions.
  • Help clients navigate SVA processes and technology with clear, responsive, professional support.
  • Assist with new-client onboarding, including documentation, client records, and engagement agreements.
  • Maintain accurate client and project information across firm systems.
  • Monitor administrative work queues and process requests efficiently.
  • Prepare and distribute reports and other materials for internal teams.
  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, room reservations, agendas, handouts, catering, setup, and other logistics.
  • Provide backup support for fellow Administrative Coordinators when needed.
  • Help train and support new administrative team members.
Bring Quality & Attention to Detail

Our clients and professionals rely on accurate, timely work. You’ll help ensure important details don’t fall through the cracks.

You will:

  • Organize and prioritize your workload to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Follow established procedures for correspondence, documentation, and data entry.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of firm processes, policies, and quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and documentation.
  • Resolve day-to-day issues and appropriately escalate roadblocks.
  • Continue developing your administrative, technology, and communication skills.
Help Us Work Smarter

We’re continually looking for ways to improve how work gets done. You’ll have an opportunity to contribute ideas—not simply follow existing processes.

You will:

  • Participate in team and process-improvement initiatives.
  • Recommend ways to make administrative workflows more efficient and effective.
  • Learn and use new technology, automation, and AI tools to improve everyday work.
  • Support CPA Operations projects and special initiatives.
  • Collaborate across the Administrative Services team to balance workloads and deliver excellent service.
What Will Help You Succeed....

We’re looking for someone who combines strong administrative skills with initiative, judgment, and a service mindset.

You’ll be a strong fit if you:

  • Have 4+ years of administrative experience, ideally within accounting, legal, financial services, consulting, or another professional services environment.
  • Are highly organized and comfortable managing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Communicate professionally and confidently with both clients and colleagues.
  • Enjoy learning new technology and finding more efficient ways to work.
  • Are proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other business applications.
  • Pay close attention to details while still seeing the bigger picture.
  • Can adapt quickly when priorities change.
  • Take ownership of your work and follow through on commitments.
  • Enjoy being part of a collaborative team where people step in to help one another.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
