We are seeking a talented individual to join our Wealth Delivery Department, part of our risk business at Marsh. This role will be based in Winnipeg Canada. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Administrative Coordinator will provide day-to-day administrative and office support with a strong focus on managing incoming and outgoing mail operations. This role also supports onsite meeting logistics, including ordering lunches, and helps ensure smooth coordination across office and business teams.
We will count on you to:
- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail operations, including sorting, distributing, shipping, tracking, and maintaining supplies (e.g., envelopes, labels, postage)
- Coordinate courier/FedEx/UPS shipments and ensure accurate delivery documentation and timelines are met
- Order and set up lunches for onsite meetings and events, including vendor coordination and basic invoice/receipt handling
- Provide general administrative support such as scheduling assistance, meeting prep, and light reception/office coordination as needed
- Create, update, and maintain documents, trackers, and logs using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Support additional office services tasks as assigned to help maintain an efficient, well-run workplace
