We have an immediate need for an Administrative Coordinator to join our Thin Film Coating Department. In this role, you will play a key part in the Operation of our Thin Film Department. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with skilled professionals, leverage advanced technologies, and contribute to the success of Raytheon ELCAN.

What You Will Do:

• Optics inspection as per MIL,ISO,DIN specifications
• Parts receiving from various cost centers. Parts delivery to next operations.
• Witness pieces administration including sorting, creating rework orders for witness pieces.
• Scrap and rework coordination. Working with Supervisor and planer on rework orders.
• IIR submission to next operations
• Parts inventory(weekly parts allocations and count)
• Perform  data entry and computer work, LN,ERKS
• Collaborate with cross functional team including Engineering &Planners
• Computer skills including Product Center, Outlook, Excel and Word
• Hands on work that requires good hand dexterity and organized work habits
• Share in the commitment towards a positive workplace culture

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Completion of Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Basic computer literacy and confidence using technology  
• Proven ability to solve technical problems and make sound decisions
• Highly motivated with a demonstrated positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and acquire knowledge/understanding through study, instruction or experience

This position involves technologies regulated by the Canadian government’s Controlled Goods Program and the Contract Security Program. The salary range for this role is 47,000 CAD - 84,000 CAD . The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. RTX offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical and dental coverage, disability benefits, a retirement savings program, and tuition assistance through RTX’s Employee Scholar Program. Eligibility for specific benefits is based on factors such as position level, employment type (e.g., temporary or permanent), and business unit, and will be discussed during the hiring process.
