You Will:
- Manage complex calendaring for three product leaders, including scheduling meetings, coordinating across time zones, and proactively resolving scheduling conflicts
- Coordinate logistics for design sprints, user research sessions, and team events
- Schedule and coordinate cross-functional meetings between Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Delivery teams
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the product leadership team, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries
- Serve as a liaison between product leadership and other departments (sales, marketing, finance, operations, etc.)
- Handle ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks to support the product development team's evolving needs

- A strong communicator who can interface professionally with executives, engineers, designers, and external partners

- Comfortable working in-person in a collaborative office environment
You Have:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative coordinator, operations coordinator, or similar support role
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience coordinating meetings, offsites, or team events
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Slack)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing complex calendars for multiple stakeholders
- A proactive mindset and ability to anticipate needs before being asked
