What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for families and visitors, providing outstanding customer service.
- Manage the administrative details for each client family, ensuring smooth operations in a busy office.
- Assist funeral directors with memorial items such as register books, service folders, and tribute videos.
- Coordinate chapel resources, manage accounts, assist with accounts payable and receivable, process orders, and handle other administrative tasks that keep our operations running smoothly.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to dignity and respect.

What We’re Looking For:
