We are seeking an organized, compassionate, and energetic Administrative Coordinator to help our clinic run seamlessly and keep our families feeling supported every step of the way.
You will be the backbone of our clinics daily administrative operations. If you are highly organized and can function in a fast-paced environment, this is the position for you!
Additional duties entail:

Calendar Management for several providers.

Financial reconciliation - Develops and prepares budgets and financial reports. Coordinate and administer the budget development process. Oversee grant budget process and assist with development of grant opportunities. Monitor division budget including maintaining budget records.

Assisting with provider/staff recruitment planning.

Execute special projects such as space allocations, relocations, and major equipment purchases, national and international meeting organization.

Oversee special projects such as workshops, retreats, and advisory committee meetings. Represent the division on task forces and committee as appropriate.
This position requires:
-
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Two years of high level administrative support.

Background in financial reconciliation highly preferred.

Must have strong computer skills MS Office: Word, Excel (Pivot tables exp preferred), PowerPoint and Outlook (complex calendaring).

Hours: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.
This position will work on site 4 days a week and can work remote one day per week (Thursday's).
