Day: 8 hoursJob Description
Coordinates and maintains assigned departmental operations. Assists with daily operations and provides administrative support to leadership. Develops and maintains efficient office processes and acts as inter-departmental liaison. Plans and coordinates meetings and events. Coordinates projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates degree or 2 years college equivalent required, college degree preferred.
Three (3) to five (5) years of administrative support experience preferably in the medical field - managing calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings, taking minutes for meetings, working with and coordinating with physicians.
Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications; Microsoft Project desirable.
Medical terminology required.
Experience in general office duties such as ordering supplies, filing, scanning, photocopying, faxing and use of other office machines.
