Administrative Coordinator- Eddy Village Green - FT Days
Narrative: General administrative support to the Executive Director and leadership team and support of the Eddy Village Green Cohoes campus, handling a wide range of administrative duties to ensure operations run smoothly including but not limited to managing calendars, appointment schedules, and related materials; organizing meetings and events including setup, meeting materials, record minutes; prepare and draft presentations, documents, etc. This position uses Microsoft 365 office applications such as Outlook, Excel, TEAMS, etc.
Requirements:
- Assoc degree preferred with 2 years' experience, or high school diploma with 3-5 years exp

Pay Range: $19.20 - $25.58
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
