Job Summary:
Provides administrative support to both billing and payroll departments, through daily interaction with managers, supervisors, employees, and customers. Enters weekly employee time sheet data in job cost system, tracks and bills material related expenses, and also assists with processing travel advance requests and related expense reports when required.
Essential Functions:
- Enter weekly employee time sheet data into job cost system
- Track and bill travel and material expenses to customers using our invoicing system
- Create and generate customer invoices
- Build and maintain related electronic files
- Assist with travel related advances and expense reports as required or requested
- General office duties including answering telephone, scanning/faxing documents, preparing correspondences, etc.
- Evaluates and recommends methods of enhancing/improving current processes and procedures
- Performs additional duties as requested by management

Job Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Associates degree or at least four years related work experience in an office environment performing data entry and billing functions.
- Skills/Experience: Proficient in MS Office – Word and Excel, and Nitro Pro(Adobe). Good verbal and written communication skills are a priority. Ability to enter data in a timely and accurate manner.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Job requires sitting, standing, and bending for approximately 6 – 8 hours on a daily basis. Must be able to handle daily pressures and stress-related conditions.

Skills Required
