Job Summary:
Coordinates documents and gathers and inputs data related to assigned administrative support duties for a team, department, function or other organizational leader/group. Completes work with a limited degree of supervision.

- Complete data entry, reporting, and document coordination for the team
- Support projects by gathering, verifying, and updating information in systems and reports
- Assist with scheduling, meetings, and general administrative tasks
- Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare basic financial documentation and support vendor/payment processes
- Maintain organized records, databases, and team documentation

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Experience:
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
