This is a remote position.
Responsibilities as Administrative Associate:
Act as the primary point of contact for incoming student inquiries and book counselling
appointments
Follow-up with lead database by email, phone, text, messaging and record results in
company CRM system
Assist answering incoming phone calls and emails and book appointments
Greet office visitors and provide on-site assistance
Assist with prep and execution of various events as needed
Assist with general office tasks as requested
Requirements
Pursuing post secondary education
Proficiency with CRM software and tools
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Works well in a fast paced environment
Experience with Administrative tasks
