Job Description
The Marketing Associate will act as main facilitator of the marketing processes by providing tactical and operational support to the mkt team. The marketing associate will be key to assuming administrative tasks and secure the proper execution of the marketing strategies, working side by side with the marketing coordinator and managers.
This is a temporary position for one year.
Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide tactical and operational support to the Marketing Coordinator and the Marketing team.
  • Create Purchase Orders for the Marketing internal divisions (Media, Agency Fees, Publicity and Events, Promotions and Social).
  • Handles budget and non-media process, changes, updates, closing.
  • Handles TCR process and follow up until PO's are closed.
  • Manages CONCUR expenses and travel.
  • Supports the Media Manager on campaign conciliation process.
  • Leads the new vendors set up process: Collects documentation, follow up with contacts and registration.
  • Leads the premium procurement process end to end: Evaluates proposals, gathers feedback from the marketing managers, requests and follow up.
  • Coordinates imports process with Operations team and customs agency.
  • Coordinates premiums delivery and shipping's'.
  • Tracks and organizes marketing warehouse inventory.
  • Manages SAFE tool for NBC visitors.
  • Exhibitor POC for tactical requests - Materials, ticket distribution, WEB assets delivery.

Basic Requirements

  • Precision in executing administrative tasks.
  • Excellent project management skills, with great attention to detail.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • High level of service to meet requests from internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively with supporting colleagues as a team and contribute to collective goals.
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication to effectively convey ideas and information.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.


Desired Characteristics

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in SAP is a plus.
