The Medical Billing Customer Service Representative will be responsible for clerical duties. This person will be working in a fast-paced environment where they will be expected to display strong customer service and communication skills to properly assist patients.
Essential Job Duties:
- Make high volume outbound telephone calls in an efficient and professional manner to patients.
- Other administrative duties and projects as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in customer service call center required
- 1+ years experience working in a healthcare setting (i.e. hospital, medical/dental office, nursing facilities, etc.) preferred
- Great verbal and written communication
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Outgoing and positive demeanor
- Must be open to working night shift
Pay:
- $5 per hour
