Administrative Assistant

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support that ensures efficient operations, strong communication, and effective program management. This role supports hiring coordination, credentialing, and compliance-related filing while assisting leadership with projects and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support executive leadership with calendaring, reports, presentations, and special projects
- Coordinate hiring processes, credentialing, and maintain accurate records
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentation materials; compile and analyze data
- Manage office operations, meetings, travel arrangements, and event planning
- Respond to inquiries, resolve routine issues, and ensure timely follow-up on tasks
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and organizational policies
- Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment and uphold Trinity Health values
- Provide backup support to administrative team members as needed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
- 1–3 years of administrative or secretarial experience supporting multiple leaders
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data entry, scheduling, and reporting preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
