POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the different departments within your store to ensure smooth operation of our daily business. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and a customer service-oriented mindset.  

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

Duties (Most Important to Least Important)

Answer and direct phone calls, emails and other inquires. Greet and assist visitors, clients and vendors in a welcoming and professional manner. 

Support and assist departments as needed by handling routine inquiries and processing simple requests.  Assist by working on special projects as needed. 

Help with the organization of documents, reports, and correspondence. Ensure the maintenance of accurate records and databases as needed. Maintain filing systems. 

Maintain office supplies, ensuring inventory is always stocked. Help maintain office cleanliness and ensure a professional and welcoming environment. 

Help organize events; actively participate in boat shows, stores and off-site sales and customer events.

All other duties as assigned and needed.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
