Everforth ECS is seeking an Office Administrative Assistant to work in both of our Stafford, VA offices, onsite 5 days a week. 2-3 days per week at each Stafford location depending on the needs of each program.
Pay Range: $20/hr- $25/hr
General Description of Benefits
Preferred Qualifications- Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, control correspondence, design filing systems, review and approve supply requisitions, and execute and monitor clerical functions
- Process internal paperwork that supports various program management functions
- Work heavily within the Costpoint software platform and Excel to ensure accurate bookkeeping
- Design and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
- Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends.
- Ordering supplies and stocking the pantries/fridges for both offices. This may include drinks, snacks, coffee, etc. for each pantry.
- Receiving guests/government clients, managing ECS badges, datawatch cards, and working with property management for any issues.
- Coordinating events as necessary.
