  • Proven experience in Administration or Office Support.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional administrative qualifications are an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calls, emails, and correspondence.

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Prepare reports, maintain records, and organize filing systems.

  • Coordinate office supplies and administrative activities.

  • Provide support to management and various departments.
