Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for patients, handling inbound and outbound communications with kindness and professionalism.
Manage patient scheduling, including booking, rescheduling, and confirming appointments efficiently.
Conduct diligent follow-up with patients to ensure continuity of care and address any ongoing needs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records within the designated systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless patient care and resolve inquiries.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve the patient support process.
Requirements
Must possess an exceptionally high level of English proficiency, both in verbal and written communication.
Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a healthcare or related environment.
A naturally empathetic, patient, and approachable demeanor is essential.
Proven ability to be a proactive problem-solver who takes initiative.
Qualifications:
Prior experience using CRM platforms, scheduling software, and standard office communication tools.
A strong interest in or previous exposure to the healthcare industry is highly valued.
