Role Summary
The Order Administrator is primarily responsible for order processing and timecard entry for the assigned pump repair facility or facilities. Order Processing includes order entry, invoicing. This is a dynamic position requiring an elevated level of organization, self-discipline, and the ability to work in a team environment. An understanding of business concepts and the ability to understand and interpret Terms and Conditions are a plus. The Order Administrator will report to the Order Administration Manager and matrix to the local site leader. Additional responsibilities could include individual employee training records, documentation packages, and receiving purchase orders.

- AR follow ups and dispute management
- Job file creation
- Record scanning
- ERP data system processing
- Facility communications
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience working the fast-paced and unpredictable environment around repair services
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Experience operating in an ERP system
- Highly organized
- Capable of quickly establishing credibility, influencing constituencies, and persuading professionals at all levels
- Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills with the ability to speak and communicate effectively with various audiences at the site level. Capacity to effectively present information and respond to questions from supervisors and managers at multiple levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and changing work environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, in addition to interpersonal, teamwork skills
- Strong drive to make things happen and a strong “can do” attitude
Preferred skills
- College degree or some college
- SAP experience
- Some general accounting knowledge or experience
- Experience working with or for rotating equipment or other industrial environments
