ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Location: Trinity Health PACE Corp Michigan
Status: Full time Remote
Shift: Friday, 8:00 AM – 5PM
Position Purpose:
Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure cost-effective operations, efficient communication, and effective program management. Oversee hiring, credentialing, and filing processes to meet regulatory standards. Work independently on problem-solving and assist with special projects.
What you will do:
Provides comprehensive administrative support to leadership and cross‑functional teams, ensuring efficient coordination of daily operational activities.
Assists in project coordination by tracking detailed information, compiling complex reports, and preparing thorough status updates for internal stakeholders.
Creates, edits, and formats reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and standardized forms; communicates proactively with internal teams to facilitate seamless workflow execution.
Organizes and maintains digital filing systems and performs accurate data entry, analysis, and record management in alignment with departmental standards.
Prioritizes and manages multiple work assignments, adapting to changing needs and requirements in a dynamic environment.
Initiates timely follow‑up on pending matters; responds to information requests and general inquiries or directs individuals to the appropriate internal resource as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
One (1) year of administrative experience required. Experience working in a clinical or health care setting is preferred.
Experience in data entry and project management is strongly preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook required. Strong Excel skills are critical to success in the position.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Ability to adapt to change, manage and be flexible with work priorities, and pay attention to detail.
