In This Role
You will provide essential on-site support for a growing, globally distributed team, helping ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for employees and interns. Your contributions will include assisting with onboarding, supporting events, handling group administrative tasks, and filling operational gaps where needed. This is a high-energy, hands-on role requiring attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding and integration of new hires and interns.

  • Provide administrative support for team operations, including equipment management and space coordination.

  • Assist with on-site events, including logistics and coordination.

  • Serve as backup for other administrative team members, helping fill gaps as needed.

  • Participate in group work, meetings, and other collaborative tasks to support team initiatives.

  • Maintain attention to detail in all administrative and operational tasks.

  • Actively contribute to a customer-focused, service-oriented environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 18 months of tenure in prior relevant roles.

  • 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office suite or equivalent productivity tools.

  • 2+ years of experience in event management with virtual or onsite events.

  • 2+ years of travel coordination and expense report management.

  • Ability to lift at least 10 lbs.

  • Comfortable working on-site and engaging in high-energy events.

  • Strong collaboration skills, proactive problem-solving, and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with enterprise productivity and collaboration tools.

  • Demonstrated passion for providing excellent customer service.

  • High-energy, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience supporting interns or new hires in onboarding processes.

  • Enjoys working in dynamic, sometimes crowded environments.

  • Proactive approach to filling operational gaps and supporting team needs.

Compensation Information

At Blueprint we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.

For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $22.00 to $25.00 hourly. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate's qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
