Adeptus Partners, LLC, a growing full-service CPA firm, with offices in New York City, New Jersey, Long Island, Maryland, California and White Plains is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant for our office located in White Plains, NY.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing support to all office staff

• Greeting clients, answering telephones

• Preparing and collating client materials and assembling tax returns

• Billing and cash receipts processing and reporting

• Document management

• Maintaining and ordering supplies

• Other general office duties

Job Requirements:

• Prior Administrative assistant experience needed

• Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office software

• Ability to multitask while staying organized

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Must be friendly, a team player, easy to get along with

• Bookkeeping experience a plus
