Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Social Security and Medicaid Benefits Representative. As an organizational representative payee, we are entrusted with managing and communicating with Social Security and Medicaid to ensure client eligibility. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients by ensuring their financial and medical coverage remains in place. We are located right off I-15 in Orem Utah. We have an amazing team of professionals that will provide on-the-job training. This is a job where you will be directly able to make a difference in people's lives. 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a caseload of clients receiving Social Security and Medicaid benefits.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with the area offices that care for the individuals we serve.
  • Establish good communications with Medicaid and Social Security offices. Responding to all requests and meetings in a timely fashion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met effectively and efficiently.
  • Stay updated on changes in Social Security regulations and Medicaid policies to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate with programs and agencies to maintain clients’ eligibility for state and federal benefits

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred).
  • Previous experience in finance, accounting, social services, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Compassionate and patient, with the ability to empathize with clients' situations.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with accounting software.

Compensation for this position is $18.50 - $25/hour
