Altera North America Sales is seeking an experienced, organized and action-oriented Administrative Assistant! Successful candidates will be self-motivated, experienced, detail-oriented, and highly organized individuals with a can-do attitude, good judgment, and excellent communication skills to provide quality administrative support.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Complex calendar management for Altera North America Sales leaders and team
Coordination of external customer meetings, internal customer briefings, and meeting preparation
Organize and coordinate internal meetings, quarterly events, recognition, teambuilding activities, virtual and face-to-face, across the organization
Make extensive travel arrangements, domestic and international, and prepare expense reports
Serving as an information resource and communication channel for policies and procedures and as a resource for business and office related software applications and tools e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams, Workday, Concur, Expenses, etc.
Keep abreast of all organizational changes and maintain in-depth understanding of departmental and legal policies
Perform general administrative duties such as submitting expenses, generating purchase orders and paying invoices, ordering supplies, ordering recognition gifts, generating shipping memos, etc.
Manage assigned tasks/projects with the ability to reassess/and prioritize deadlines for upcoming commitments and responsibilities

Salary Range
The pay range below is for Bay Area California only. Actual salary may vary based on a number of factors including job location, job-related knowledge, skills, experiences, trainings, etc. We also offer incentive opportunities that reward employees based on individual and company performance.

Qualifications:Candidate must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position:
Expertise in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint Online, MS Teams, etc.
5+ years of experience with executive calendar management including coordinating complex meetings internal/external attendees, and video conference room booking, etc.
5+ years of experience with travel itineraries, visa application, expense reporting and administrative tools such as Concur
