We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant at heart. If you love managing daily business needs, this is your opportunity to join our team.
 
Your role at a glimpse:

Administration

• Answer and direct phone calls to employees
• Welcome and support visitors 
• Contribute to maintaining the office neat and organized
• Manage the administrative paperwork and adhere to the file digitization policy
• Liaise with suppliers, compare prices and manage office procurement
• Manage parcel deliveries
• Provide the operations and accounting departments with the required documents issued by public authorities
• Handle travel arrangements end-to-end
• Create and timely submit expense reports 
• Keep detailed records of the administrative tasks, employing management tools & platforms 

Personal Assistance to the CEO

• Handle ad-hoc business requests 
• Manage both business and personal calendar and schedule appointments 

Being the perfect match

Bring along:

• 1-3 years of professional experience in a relevant role
• BSc in Business Administration or or equivalent from a Greek or foreign institution
• Previous experience in corporate environment will be considered an asset
• Ability to multitask
• Great command of Microsoft Excel
• Fluency in Greek & English, both written and oral

Nice to bring along:

• Familiarity with task management tools such as Jira & Confluence
• Experience in handling ERP platforms
