The Role

For clerical and administrative support in the Accounting and Human Resources departments.  

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Secretarial, Accounting, Management, or Human Resources) and at least one to two (1-2) years of experience in administrative and clerical activities.   
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Focus and detail-oriented.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English language 
  • Experience in:
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Administrative and Clerical support for the Accounting and HR area.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

  • Assist the accounting department, other assistants, and the accounting manager as needed.
  • Prepare, review, update, and send Word and Excel documents and reports.
  • Perform basic data entry tasks.
  • Support the payroll process as needed.
  • Create and maintain various databases.
  • Provide support for internal and external audits, including platform audits, system access, account creation, and other related tasks.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling phone calls, organizing files (both hard copy and electronic), and other duties as needed by the business.
  • Provide information to internal staff, clients, and resources by answering questions and fulfilling requests.
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure data integrity.
