Job Description

With customer demand and therefore job security into the next decade, we are looking for new Operatives to support a fast-growing business on a permanent basis. You will play a crucial role in the production of carbon fibre parts used in aircraft manufacturing, where you will learn new, transferable skills and have the chance to start and progress your career.

What we’re looking for in you and the role.

You will offer administrative support to various business areas, including Finance and Procurement, necessitating a high level of adaptability.

This role involves various responsibilities, including coordinating with managers to arrange site visits according to visitor procedures, whilst providing excellent customer service to all visitors and customers at Teledyne CML Composites. There will be a significant level of support to the Finance and Procurement teams daily, this will involve Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, loading purchase order requisitions, placing purchase order activities, including but not limited to:

·         Processing supplier invoices and credit notes.

·         Follow-up any queries / issues to ensure the invoices are processed in a timely manner.

·         Responsible for the reconciliation & processing of the 3 company credit cards.

·         Generate sales invoices and customer credit notes.

·         Allocate cash receipts to customer accounts.

·         Non-disclosure agreements

·         Setting up new suppliers

·         Expediting parts

. Processing of purchase orders

What we're looking for in you:

·         Previous experience in an admin/office support role.

·         Strong competency in use of Microsoft Office packages, specifically Microsoft Excel.

·         Strong interpersonal skills, to compliment our co-operative working environment.

·         Experience of working within a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.

·         Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

·         Confidence in communicating with people internally and externally over the phone, email, and other communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams.

·         Experience with general office support systems.
