Administrative Assistant

What success looks like in this role:

• Provides support and serves as a subject matter expert across a business process service area.
• Interfaces with clients and internal departments in the resolution of complex inquiries using expertise and in-depth knowledge of related areas.
• Takes end to end ownership of user issues, working with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure ultimate resolution.
• Monitors and evaluates customer interactions and service delivery to ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborates with colleagues, supervisors and other teams to resolve issues, share information and improve processes.
• Handles and/or further escalates complex problems to management or allied customer service groups.
• Provides process support for both internal and external clients.
• As required, works with vendors, subcontractors and other third-party stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

High School Diploma or GED required
May require technical certification or Associate Degree
Generally, 4-6 years’ experience in area of responsibility
