Responsibilities
- Executive Support:
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Manage and prioritize meeting requests, ensuring executives are well-prepared with necessary materials
- Collaborate with Executive Support staff to ensure seamless coordination across the leadership team
- Handle communication on behalf of executives in a clear, professional, and timely manner
- Support other stakeholders and visitors as needed, ensuring confidentiality is maintained
- Assist with project management, event planning, research, and IT support as required
- Office Management:
- Provide on-site support (generally Tuesday through Thursday, with occasional support needed on Monday and Friday)
- Help coordinate office operations and serve as a point of contact for on-site employees, candidates, vendors, and visitors
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in administrative support
- Proven experience supporting multiple senior executives
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage tasks independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing demands
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Atlassian experience is a plus)
- Flexibility to work on-site Monday through Friday
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
- Authorization to work in the U.S
