Join our dynamic team at Old Republic Title in Pittsburgh, where you'll play a key role in maintaining smooth operations and providing exceptional support to our team, customers, and vendors.
**This hybrid position offers a 35-hour work week and the opportunity to work out of our Pittsburgh Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email & Communication Management:
- Monitor and manage the group email inbox, ensuring timely responses and appropriate task delegation. This also includes assigning work/orders and bringdowns, and answer agent inquiries.
- Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams to provide updates, resolve inquiries, and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Handle and respond to agent and vendor questions/inquiries related to order requests.
- Order Processing & Tracking:
- Input new agent orders and place search order requests with internal and external vendors.
- Research commercial property orders and submit requests for review.
- Search for back title on all order requests.
- Track and monitor search orders through various stages of production, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
- Work in Paperless Closer to place orders and bringdowns, and respond to agent inquiries.
- Maintain organized records of orders, communications, and follow-ups.
- Administrative & Operational Support:
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and document management.
- Identify and escalate potential delays or issues to the appropriate team members.
- Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
