Cloudflare is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our Emerging Technologies & Incubation team. This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and is committed to accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Organize and maintain schedules, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange international and domestic travel, including visa and passport requirements.
- Expense Management: Prepare and process expense reports in a timely manner.
- Meeting Coordination: Manage both internal and external meeting logistics.
- Special Projects & Events: Assist with various projects and event planning as needed.
- 2-4+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Adaptable, team-oriented, and willing to take on any task.
- Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
