Job Summary:
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to help support the daily operations of our dispatching team and internal staff. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping things running smoothly—whether it’s coordinating internal services, assisting with onboarding tasks, or helping ensure everything is organized behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities:

Manage shuttle commuting arrangements for dispatching staff, ensuring schedules are maintained and communicated effectively.

Coordinate dormitory management for dispatching staff, including tracking repair requests and updating repair progress.

Work with the JV legal team to prepare and issue invitation letters, primarily for suppliers.

Collect reimbursement requests (e.g., overtime Uber expenses) and process them through the JV reimbursement system.

Assist dispatching staff with bank account setup and Social Security Number (SSN) applications.

Collaborate with relevant departments to collect, verify, and organize dispatching staff attendance information.
Qualifications:

Prior experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively across teams.

Familiarity with basic HR or reimbursement processes is a plus.

Chinese bilingual proficiency (spoken and written) strongly preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
