We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant! In this role, you will provide support to Financial Advisors and their clients through the client service model. Additionally, you will provide administrative support including reception, general office work, and the coordination and execution of office activities and initiatives. This role is 100% in-office and is expected to work Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm Pacific time.
The hourly compensation target for this role is $27.00 – $31.00 with full-time benefits and bonus potential.

When we make an offer, we then factor in things like tenure, performance, and geographic location to come up with the most accurate numbers. Primary Job Functions

Handle incoming client calls for appointments and service needs
-
Enthusiastically greet and welcome clients and prospects in for meetings
-
Prepare and maintain beverage stations and obtain beverages for clients
-
Manage incoming and outgoing USPS and UPS mail deliveries
-
Maintain office cleanliness and client preparedness
-
Ensure the reception area is proper for client visits
-
Under the direction of your manager, assist with various office projects as requested
-
Maintain CRM database and client files including filing, copies and data input
-
Participate in WEG trainings, educational events, coaching programs and vendor presentations to ensure up-to-date industry, product and company knowledge
-
Call existing clients to schedule annual review meetings
-
Accompany financial advisors in client/prospect meetings. Record, record notes, enter into CRM and manage follow-up with client and internal service team.

Email management for select financial advisors.

Other duties as assigned
Education/Qualifications
-
High School Diploma is required; Associates Degree or higher is preferred
-
Professional presence; service oriented; positive and friendly attitude
-
Excellent oral and written communication skills required to develop team and client relationships

Strong attention to detail and process; Prioritizes completing accurate work
-
Proficient with Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel and Outlook
-
Salesforce experience is preferred
-
Good problem-solving skills; Ability to work with deadlines and prioritize tasks
