Overview

As Administrative Assistant in the Real Estate field, you will perform a variety of traditional clerical tasks which will include, but not limited to, create and modify documents & presentations, data entry, market research, and organization information. You will also be required to complete assigned projects, and provide support as needed. The position will include both team and solo projects. Strong Word, Excel, Adobe and proofreading skills and attention to detail are a must! This is a part-time position located in Atlanta, GA.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • 3-5 years experience as an administrative assistant, secretary or receptionist preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Positive, high-energy attitude
  • Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skill set
  • Familiarity with office equipment (i.e. printers, fax machines, projectors)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint)
