JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the organization and administrative tasks for the Aftermarket Division.


JOB DUTIES:

· Management of schedules and tasks.

· Manages the correspondence process with internal and external clients.

· Creates various project documents using Microsoft Office Suite and other internal computer systems.

· Performs administrative duties such as coordination of activities, meetings, and team celebrations.

· Maintains front desk responsibilities greeting guests and directing them to their appropriate destinations.

· Supports and operates with a team of individuals to help maintain a consistent work balance.

· Coordinates documentation with Project Engineering team and supports with communication to external clients.

· Builds and checks technical data from internal departments to confirm accuracy prior to sales review and quoting.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Must possess sufficient interpersonal skills to interact effectively with persons inside and outside of the company. Must be able to work under stress. Must be able to handle multiple priorities. Must be able to process paperwork effectively. Must be able to train and learn from multiple persons. Must be able to adapt to continuous improvements and changes within workflow.
