Job Summary

We are looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant in Ranson, WV. The Administrative Assistant provides support to managers and employees, assists in daily office needs, and manages the company's general administrative and MRO activities. We are looking for someone who is friendly, energetic, professional, self-motivated, very detail oriented, and can work with deadlines in mind.

Hours

Flexible. Eight (8) hours per day Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, or five (5) hours per day, Monday through Friday.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

Receiving incoming phone calls.
Greeting visitors.
Ordering office supplies.
Getting the mail daily, scanning any invoices that come by mail.
Shipping/Receiving of FedEx/UPS packages as needed.
Entering material and equipment rental invoices and routing to the appropriate project managers personnel for approval.
Credit card reconciliations monthly.
Monthly statement reconciliations.
Reviewing vendor invoicing.
Maintenance EAM system support.
General office support.
Other duties as required.


Qualifications

College degree preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in administration/accounting required.
Working knowledge and proficiency in the use of computer and business-related software, including Microsoft applications (Excel, Word and Outlook)
Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat Pro (pdf).
Working knowledge of MSR preferred.
Working knowledge of various office equipment (computer, scanner, etc.)
