General Description:
The General Administrative Assistant will be responsible for executing a variety of administrative duties such as multitasking, document management, and communication with internal and external sources.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 am till 5:00 pm.
Rate: $25 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations
- Assist various departments including but not limited to scheduling and operations
- Assist in the updating of forms, templates, and documentation
- Assist in making and answering phone calls, emails, any form of related correspondence
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Minimum high school degree or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
- 1+ years of experience in community outreach or a similar role, preferably within the ABA or healthcare industry a plus
- 1+ years of experience with administrative duties and documentation
- Knowledge of the Contra Costa Health Plan and local healthcare providers is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Software
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to view a computer screen for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
