Summary: RLC, LLC is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work at our Broussard, LA location. Beyond greeting visitors and answering phone calls and emails, the successful candidate will also provide administrative support to the Senior Management Team and their respective departments. Responsibilities under general supervision include, but are not limited to:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, and manage emails
- Manage office supplies and place orders as necessary
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain relevant filing systems
- Handle requests and queries from senior managers
- Coordinate office procedures and ensure compliance with policies
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in person, in writing, and over the phone
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Education and/or Experience: High School graduate or equivalent; additional proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant or other relevant position a plus.
Mathematical Skill: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
