Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference rooms.
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and handle incoming/outgoing mail.
- Draft, proofread, and send professional correspondence (emails, memos, reports)
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute follow‑up actions.
- Maintain filing systems, databases, and office records.
- Assist with travel arrangements and itinerary preparation.
- Support document preparation, formatting, and presentation materials.
- Restock office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Organizational and time‑management abilities.
- High school diploma minimum; associate or bachelor’s degree increasingly preferred.
- CAP (Certified Administrative Professional) certification is beneficial
Experience Requirements
