Homeowners Associations (HOAs) are supported by professional management companies that help maintain the operations, financial health, and overall quality of residential communities. These companies partner with HOA Boards of Directors to coordinate services, support homeowners, and ensure communities run smoothly and efficiently.

Behind the scenes, strong administrative support is essential to keeping these operations organized, responsive, and effective.

About the Role:
This position is part of our Administration Department and works directly with the Director of Administration to support company-wide initiatives, internal operations, and team engagement efforts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable managing a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Location: Lacey, WA
Hours/Week: 40 hr
Salary: $22-$26 per hour, DOE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Administration
  • Assist in the development of company marketing materials
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement special projects as assigned
  • Organize and execute team events and employee recognition initiatives
  • Maintain and update internal systems, including tracking contract renewals, new clients, and client transitions
  • Support onboarding of new clients and offboarding of terminated clients
  • Assist with hiring processes, including scheduling interviews, conducting prescreens, coordinating background checks, and ordering new hire materials (e.g., business cards)
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

 Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must have good computer knowledge and general office experience. MUST be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs, and be capable of learning various other proprietary applications
  • Operation of general office equipment (printers, copier, scanner, fax, mail machine, postage meter, etc.)
  • A professional demeanor and helpful attitude along with a desire to learn and work in a team environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Punctuality, dependability and attendance per working schedule required
  • Ability to multi-task, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Typing speed of 40 wpm or higher
  • HR-related experience a plus

Education

  • High School diploma is preferred.
