About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant with Sales Responsibilities to support daily office operations while also assisting in lead generation and sales activities. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and comfortable balancing administrative tasks with customer-facing and sales support duties.

Key Responsibilities Administrative Duties

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting scheduling

  • Handle data entry and maintain accurate records in internal systems/CRM

  • Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence as needed

  • Organize files, records, and office systems for efficiency

  • Assist with invoicing, billing, or basic bookkeeping tasks (if applicable)

  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and internal requests

Sales Support Duties

  • Assist with lead generation and customer outreach

  • Follow up with potential and existing customers via phone, email, or messaging

  • Maintain and update CRM with lead and client information

  • Support sales team with scheduling calls and preparing materials

  • Help qualify leads and move prospects through the sales pipeline

  • Provide basic product/service information to customers

  • Track and report on lead activity and sales performance metrics

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, sales support, or customer service

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable handling both office tasks and customer interaction

  • Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus

  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively

  • Basic understanding of sales processes is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a hybrid admin/sales or office coordinator role

  • Background in customer service, retail, or inside sales

  • Strong follow-up and lead tracking skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Problem-solving mindset and initiative

  • English level -C1
