Job Summary:
Supports daily administrative operations independently by coordinating foundational tasks, including scheduling, communications, and resource allocation, to ensure a smooth workflow. Facilitates effective information sharing and task tracking, helping team members stay organized and focused on priorities. Maintains accuracy and professionalism in all interactions, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Contributes to overall organizational efficiency by streamlining standard business support processes and adhering to established standards for administrative practices. Enhances team productivity by anticipating routine administrative needs and proactively addressing potential obstacles.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedules meetings, appointments, and events independently, ensuring all logistics are arranged and communicated clearly.
Prepares and distributes correspondence, reports, and other documents with attention to detail and accuracy.
Maintains organized filing systems for both electronic and physical records, ensuring information is easily accessible.
Tracks and orders office supplies, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with vendors as needed.
Assists with travel arrangements and expense reporting, following established procedures and timelines.
Responds to routine inquiries from internal and external contacts, providing information, or directing requests appropriately.
Supports team projects by coordinating administrative tasks and collaborating with colleagues to meet deadlines.
Education Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience:
2 - 4 years of experience in administrative support or a related field required.
Certifications and Licenses:
Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) certification preferred.
