Responsibilities
- Answers phone and transfers or connects quickly and efficiently, using a multi-line telephone system.
- Greets clients and visitors as soon as they arrive in the office in professional and friendly manner and alerts appropriate personnel.
- Manages incoming and outgoing mail.
- Performs other clerical work as requested such as scanning, photocopying, faxing, filing, binding, and stuffing envelopes.
- Schedules client meetings and maintains staff calendars.
- Delivers tax returns and invoices to clients.
- Runs errands, as necessary, to support administrative requirements as defined by Office Coordinator or Partners.
- Works closely with Office Coordinator to assist with other projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.
- Ability to operate a multi-line telephone switchboard
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.
- Must have a valid driver’s license
