We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to our team. The successful candidate will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations by managing schedules, correspondence, records, and other office-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to managers, staff, and departments.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  • Maintain calendars and coordinate meetings and events.
  • Prepare, format, and proofread documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Enter, update, and maintain data and records.
  • Order office supplies and monitor inventory.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other administrative documents as needed.
  • Greet visitors and provide professional customer service.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and meeting logistics.
  • Coordinate communication between departments, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information.
  • Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional, friendly, and dependable demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment
