Description

Under the direct supervision of the Hostos Program Director and with some latitude for independent judgment, provides managed care coordination and support and assists with the general administrative duties and facility management functions required for the day-to-day operation of the clinic’s inpatient and outpatient services.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with the disease of chemical dependency preferred.
  • At least one year of work experience in an office setting.
  • Willingness to continue personal and professional growth.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and excellent grammar skills.
  • Must be bilingual (English-Spanish).
  • Must be Organized and energetic, with a positive attitude.
  • Must demonstrate appreciation and willingness to develop continuing skills towards multicultural competency within a behavioral health setting.
