Role Overview

Astera Labs is a hyper-growth leader in purpose-built connectivity solutions that unlock the full potential of rack-scale AI infrastructure. As an Administrative Assistant supporting the Office of the COO, you will be at the operational heartbeat of the company.

This is a highly visible role where precision, discretion, and initiative make a direct impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • COO Office Support
    • Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the COO's office with accuracy and discretion
    • Support other executives with complex, ever-changing calendar management across time zones
  • Travel & Expense Management
    • Plan and book domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries
    • Prepare, submit, and reconcile expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
    • Proactively resolve travel changes and logistics issues as they arise
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 0-5 years of administrative support experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with expense and travel management platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and take initiative without direction
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • A collaborative, service-oriented mindset that thrives in a high-growth setting

Salary range is $80,000 to $120,000 depending on experience, level, and business need. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits.
