This is a highly visible role where precision, discretion, and initiative make a direct impact.
Key Responsibilities- COO Office Support
- Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the COO's office with accuracy and discretion
- Support other executives with complex, ever-changing calendar management across time zones
- Travel & Expense Management
- Plan and book domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries
- Prepare, submit, and reconcile expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Proactively resolve travel changes and logistics issues as they arise
- Bachelor's degree
- 0-5 years of administrative support experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Familiarity with expense and travel management platforms
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and take initiative without direction
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Salary range is $80,000 to $120,000 depending on experience, level, and business need. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits.
