As an Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President & Senior Financial Officer (SFO) of Workforce Solutions and Mortgage, you will act as a strategic operational partner managing executive workflows, high-impact business reviews, and sensitive financial deliverables. You will serve as a central communication link across senior leadership, driving operational efficiency, streamlining cross-functional alignment, and ensuring seamless collaboration across the organization.

What you’ll doDeliver strategic, high-level administrative and operational partnership to the SVP/CFO, proactively triage daily priorities, track executive action items, and ensure preparation for key financial milestones and business reviews.
Drive master executive calendar logistics across multi-time-zone internal and external stakeholders, balancing competing priorities and protecting strategic deep-work time.
Synthesize operational and financial data into polished executive presentations, status dashboards, and briefing materials for quarterly and monthly business reviews.
Coordinate complex end-to-end domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visas, and logistics. Drive expense management and invoice processing workflows to ensure compliance and budget tracking.
Be able to work with total discretion while managing high-visibility inquiries, screening confidential communications, and handling sensitive financial and strategic information.
Spearhead logistics for leadership conferences, town halls, and high-profile stakeholder events, managing venue setup, audio/visual technology, and content distribution.
Leverage modern enterprise technology and process improvement methodologies like Gemini and AI to optimize workflows and administrative frameworks.
5+ years of progressive executive support experience supporting Senior Vice Presidents, SFOs, CFOs, or C-suite executives.
Financial acumen and working alongside financial leadership managing workflows around fiscal calendars (e.g., month-end, QBRs, annual planning) or similar experience.
Advanced proficiency in an Office Productivity Suite like Google Suite or Microsoft Office and digital collaboration platforms. Experience with Google Workspace applications is highly preferred.Proven expertise managing complex, multi-time-zone calendar logistics and executive travel planning.
Demonstrated experience handling highly confidential financial, strategic, and personnel information with integrity.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of interacting effectively across cross-functional leadership teams.
Experience working in a hybrid office environment and utilizing various communication technologies. Expectations are that person is in the office within Corporate requirements, and more if needed to support the required work.
Direct background supporting finance leadership within financial services, FinTech, or HR technology sectors.
Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides)
Hands-on experience utilizing enterprise AI productivity tools (such as Google Gemini, NotebookLM, or Workspace Studio) to automate document preparation, meeting summaries, and administrative workflows.
Demonstrated success leading process optimization initiatives that streamline team communications and project tracking systems
