WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external partners.
  • Maintain accurate records, files and documentation (digital and physical).
  • Ensure team member kitchen and shared spaces are kept clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Order office supplies, manage inventory, and maintain office equipment.
  • Obtain, open, and distribute mail to appropriate departments and employees.
  • Assist with data entry, reports, and basic bookkeeping as needed.
  • Prepare, edit and distribute correspondence, reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate office events and meetings.
  • Complete special projects as requested and perform other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and adaptable, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting cross-functional teams. They are proactive, resourceful, and committed to delivering excellent service to both internal and external partners.

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

  • Strong foundational skills in math and English at a high school diploma or GED level are required; an associate’s degree in office management or related field is preferred.
  • Professional phone etiquette with the ability to maintain a positive, customer-focused demeanor under pressure and competing demands.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in electronic and physical filing relating to documents, certificates, and forms.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal team members, job applicants, vendors, and external business partners.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders and/or cross-functional teams.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license, and the ability to operate a motor vehicle.
