The successful candidate will have experience handling confidential information and the ability to securely transfer files using encrypted email and file-sharing platforms such as Dropbox, SharePoint, and ShareFile. Building strong working relationships across the organization is critical, including close collaboration with Forensic Engineers, administrative staff, and members of the leadership team.
A strong can-do attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to follow-through are key to success in this position. Clients and colleagues rely on this role for consistent, dependable project support, making reliability and accountability especially important.
The position offers a variety of responsibilities and provides exposure to many aspects of the business. This includes providing front-office and reception coverage during scheduled breaks and absences, downloading, organizing, and securely filing electronic documents, managing outbound mail and package shipments, updating CRM systems and project reports, assisting with new project setup and administrative coordination, and supporting the national sales and marketing team as needed. The role requires an individual who is comfortable managing multiple priorities, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality, and serving as a dependable resource for both clients and internal team members.
Strong computer skills are required, along with the ability to efficiently download, organize, and maintain files within a secure, server-based environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide front office and reception coverage as part of the administrative team’s backup rotation, as needed.
- Manage high‑volume secure file downloads and electronic filing in a fast‑paced environment.
- Provide general administrative support to project teams for new and existing projects.
- Prepare and distribute inbound and outbound correspondence and packages (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
- Update project reports and CRM databases accurately and timely.
- Scan and electronically file confidential, legal, and project documents.
- Assist with special event planning and setup.
- Support office staff and the business development team with special projects, as needed.
- Prepare and distribute inbound and outbound correspondence and packages to support sales and marketing activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a professional services office environment
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time‑management skills
