HEICO Repair Group Aerostructure is seeking Administrative Assistants to provide a variety of administrative and organizational support to our Quality Control Department. The main responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant will be to organize & maintain documents in paper & electronic systems, complete forms manually and electronically, copying and scanning documents, data entry, and other duties as assigned.

- Proficient in MS Office Applications such as Excel, Word, & Outlook
- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task & prioritize
- Must be able to read and write in English
